How long does it take for you to make a personalized item?

We handmake each item, and try to have them mailed out within 4 business days of ordering.

Who do you ship your items through?

We ship via USPS - every order includes tracking

What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

Please get in touch with us within 2 business days of receiving your damaged item.  We will replace your item, free of charge.  If it arrives broken and is meant to be given as a gift and we don't have time to get your new item to you before your event, we are happy to issue you a refund.

What if I don't like my item?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds or returns on personalized items - but we are happy to work with you on your custom piece, so that you love what you receive.

What if USPS loses my shipment?

If we see no updates on your tracking information within 14 days of the item being mailed out, we will mail a new product to you free of charge.  However, if there are updates - you will need to wait for your product to arrive.  We recommend contacting your local USPS with additional questions.  Please remember, the USPS has had many delays the past year.

What if I don't see what I want in your shop?
